I am a data-driven and empathetic researcher and an advocate for equity, inclusivity, and accessibility. I approach every project with the mindset of a user, as I am also a user of many products in the world. My goal is to better understand the customer's needs while being inclusive to as diverse an audience as possible. I believe that any product can delight and make life easier if we take the time to learn from our audience.
